Wokingham-based infrastructure group Balfour Beatty are inviting locals to attend a public drop-in session on Tuesday, December 17.
The forum- which will take place from 5 to 8pm at the Emmbrook Village Hall- will allow residents to come together and discuss the North Wokingham Strategic Development plans.
Representatives from Balfour Beatty will be on hand throughout the evening to answer questions about the way the scheme will be built and to address any concerns.
The team said: “We are keen to work with the local community to deliver the scheme with as little disruption to their lives as is practicable.
“This is an opportunity for them to share their thoughts so they can be considered for inclusion in the plans for how the scheme will be constructed.”
Main construction is expected to begin in Spring 2020.
