TWO LOCAL children are celebrating this week after winning The Lexicon’s Christmas Gift Card Wallet competition.
From more than 750 entries, young artist Lucas Hillan, aged 10, from Our Lady’s Prep School in Crowthorne, was chosen as the winner of the competition with his fun Father Christmas design.
Sue Boor, head of marketing at The Lexicon said: “We were delighted to receive so many excellent entries to this year’s competition.
“We finally whittled hundreds of entries down to two amazing designs, with the winning design now featuring on this year’s Gift Card wallet design.”
In addition to a £50 gift card, Lucas has won £200 worth of Giotto art products for his school, and a Giotto set including coloured pencils and felt pens for himself.
Runner-up Imogen Avery, aged 7 of Waverley School in Finchampstead, has won a £25 gift card and a Giotto art pack, also worth £200, for her school, for her robin themed design.
