Witnesses are being sought following a collision in Wokingham yesterday.
Thames Valley Police said that a cyclist in his 50s has been left with life-threatening injuries after a collision in Evendons Lane around 3pm on Saturday, June 22. The police have not said what the cyclist collided with.
He is currently in hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
Earlier today, police appealed for the driver of a red hatchback car to come forward as she is thought to be a witness to the collision. She has since done so. Now police are appealing for any other witnesses to come forward to help with their investigation.
An update on social media said: “The witness has now been located. However, if anyone else has any footage or information about the collision then please contact police”
Earlier today, investigating officer, Sergeant Matt Cadmore of the Roads Policing Unit of Thames Valley Police, said: “I am appealing to a woman who was driving a red hatch back and witnessed the collision to please contact the police as soon as possible. We would ask this woman to leave her details on our website at https://www.thamesvalley.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report/ or call 101, quoting reference number 43190188562.
