DON’T forget you get an extra hour in bed this weekend as the clocks go back.
British Summer Time comes to an end at 2am this Sunday and 2am becomes the new 1am. The change always happens on the last Sunday of October and, for most of us, means that we have an additional 60 minutes of sleep.
The extra hour means that the mornings will be lighter but it will get darker earlier in the evening.
From Sunday, we will be on Greenwich Mean Time. The clocks will then go forward for the start of British Summer Time on Sunday, March 27.
What will you do with your extra hour?
