After a week of confusion for motorists using the A329M, the Wokingham Paper can reveal that signs and road markings have finally been installed.
Both directions have the markings, which indicate to motorists which lane they should be in ahead of the new two-lane split. Traffic heading to the M4 should now be in the left lane, while the right hand lane is for vehicles staying on the A329M.
Blue signs have also been installed, as well as yellow temporary signs. Traffic cones are also in place along the road split as they have been all week.
All of which means that motorists finally have a clearer idea of how to follow the road ahead.
However, it’s not all good news. Some of the signs are obscured by trees.
What do you think? Have you travelled on the A329M and seen the new signs? Is it an improvement? Have your say below.
