The Environment Agency has issued flood alerts for the River Thames and the Lower River Loddon.
The Thames at Sonning has risen following recent rain, while the levels on the Loddon have remained high, especially in the Sindlesham area.
Low lying areas close to the Thames are expected to flood, but not properties are expected to be at risk.
Water levels on the Loddon are forecast to continue to rise before stabilising over the next 24 hours.
