ON THURSDAY Wokingham’s new bakery will open, making it the first business in the new Peach Place to launch.
GAIL’S is a chain of craft bakers that has 25 years of experience and is promising to bring its world-class sourdough, cakes and pastries to Wokingham town centre.
There will be more than 30 types of bread. In a statement, GAIL’S said that its favourites include a signature French Dark Sourdough, as well as baguettes, rye breads and fruit loaves.
Breakfast will be served until 3pm every day, while soups, sandwiches, salads and cakes will also be on offer, available to eat in or to takeaway.
And the company has employed specialist baristas to serve what it says is its specialty-grade GAIL’s House Blend coffee and tea.
Tom Molnar, CEO and Co-Founder of GAIL’S, said: “Bread is at the heart of what we do and we’re excited to have expert bakers creating exceptional food every day with quality ingredients for our neighbours in Wokingham.”
