Sophie Howard, Molly Bartrip, Maz Pacheo and Lily Woodham have all signed new deals with Reading Women ahead of the start of the 2019/20 Women’s Super League season.
Howard recently competed at the 2019 Women’s World Cup in France with Scotland.
“I’m very happy to have signed another year for Reading,” said Howard.
“This team and club have huge potential and with where I’m currently at in my career, I believe this is the right place to be. I’m really looking forward to this coming season and am extremely excited to see how far we can go this year.”
Meanwhile, Bartrip will be a Royal for a further two seasons having penned a new deal at the club.
“I’m excited to see what my future holds for this club and for myself individually,” said Bartrip
“I personally feel I can still improve even more as a player here at Reading and I’m determined to help the club push on in the WSL this season.”
England Under-21 international Pacheo has also extended her stay with the Berkshire club for another season.
“Signing again was a no-brainer for me,” said Pacheo.
“I want to push myself even further this season with this team and working under this manager and these coaches, I feel like I can do just that.
“The new philosophy that Kelly wants to introduce is something that I fully believe in and I think it will help the way I want to develop as a player and as a person. I can’t wait for the new season to start.”
The fourth new contract saw Lily Woodham sign her first professional deal with Reading.
“It’s a dream come true to sign my first professional contract with Reading and I’m thankful for the belief the club have shown me,” said Woodham.
“It’s a very proud moment for me and my family. I can’t wait to get going and continue the hard work.”
