TWO lanes are currently closed on the M4 near Wokingham following a collision.
Several lanes on the eastbound and wetsbound carriageway between J10 (Wokingham/Bracknell) and J8/9 (High Wycombe/Maidenhead) are currently closed after a lorry overturned.
Traffic is building up in the area, and motorists are being advised to find an alternative route.
Motorist Hatty Bryant sent The Wokingham Paper a photo of the stationary traffic on the M4.
Thames Valley Police Roads Policing tweeted just after 1pm that lanes 2 and 3 on the westbound carriageway are currently blocked.
Lanes 2 & 3 are blocked after a collision on the westbound carriageway J8/9-10 on the M4. Please avoid the area if you can.

They then tweeted again at 1.47pm to say that both carriageways are currently closed.

Fire and ambulance services, including the air ambulance, are all reported to be in attendance.
Highways England has advised that traffic congestion is expected until around 5.45pm.
