Local Christmas trees to go on sale in Crowthorne

WPPC

LOCALLY-grown Christmas trees will go on sale in Crowthorne next month.

The Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) will hold a Christmas tree sale at the Edgbarrow Woods Car Park, in Sandhurst Road between 11am and 3pm on Saturday, December and Sunday December 10.

The Scots pine trees, which have been grown in Wildmoor Heath and surrounding nature reserves, will be freshly cut that weekend.

Visitors can also purchase mistletoe, holly, Wildlife Trust cards and calendars, with all proceeds going to the BBOWT.
