A MAN was left at the entrance of a car park in Wokingham’s town centre in a suspected GBH attack.
Now Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses to help them catch the attackers.
The incident took place around 12.30am on Saturday, December 1.
Police said that the 29-year-old victim was assaulted by two men and left at the entrance to the car park in Denmark Street.
He was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital with a head injury and has since been discharged from hospital.
The incident was reported to police on Tuesday, December 4.
The attackers are described as white men in their twenties.
One had blond hair and the other had dark hair and is of a stocky build.
It is believed one of the men was wearing a white hooded top, but police said that it is currently unknown which man had this clothing.
Investigating officer PC Elizabeth McDowell, of Newbury police station, said: “Officers are working to establish the circumstances of this serious assault which left the victim unconscious.
“I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, who hasn’t already spoken to police. If you have any information which could assist our enquiries, please come forward.”
