A man was sexually assaulted in Reading town centre earlier today. Now police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
The attack happened in the Queens Walk area on Sunday, October 2. The area has been sealed off as part of the police investigation and they are describing the attack as ‘serious’.
Now, Thames Valley Police is appealing for help to find the attackers.
Detective Sergeant Richard Vint said: “We are appealing for witnesses who may have seen any males acting suspiciously in the town centre between 3am and 7am this morning.”

He added: “The victim is currently being cared for by specially trained officers.
“While this is very upsetting for the community we would like to reassure the public that we believe that this is an isolated incident and not a random attack. Anyone with any information or concerns is asked to contact us on 101.”
