Borough residents aged 60 or over can now go swimming for up to four hours a week for free.
The swimming sessions will run from 8.25am-9.25am on Mondays and 2pm-3pm on Wednesdays at Loddon Valley Leisure Centre, and 3pm-4pm on Tuesdays and 9.30am-10.30am at Carnival Pool on Fridays.
Free sessions will also be introduced at Bulmershe when the new centre opens.

Fridays – 9.30am-10.30am Carnival Pool

To take advantage, residents will need to show proof of age at reception.
“Our residents are already among the most active in the country according to the NHS,” said Cllr Norman Jorgensen, executive member for environment, sports, environmental health, leisure and libraries.
“As we continue to enhance our leisure facilities throughout the Borough it’s great we are able to encourage our residents stay active and healthy with incentives like this.”
