Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in Grazeley on Saturday, January 21.
A red Honda Civic Type R car crashed into a tree on the Mortimer Road.
A 60-year-old man in the rear passenger seat died on Tuesday, January 31, as a result of his injuries. He had been taken to Southampton General Hospital by air ambulance in the aftermath of the incident.
The driver, a 33-year-old man, and a 14 year-old teenage boy suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene by an ambulance crew.
Mortimer Road was closed until just after midnight to allow Thames Valley Police to carry out an examination of the scene.
Now they are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place around 6.45pm on Saturday, January 21.
Sgt Noble, from the Joint Operations Unit for Roads Policing, said: “We are currently investigating the full circumstances into the causes of this incident, which sadly resulted in the loss of a life.
“The vehicle had a significant impact with a tree, some gates and fencing to a local residence.
“If anyone is able to assist with any information relevant to this investigation, I would urge them to please make contact as soon as possible.”
