John Swift stole the show as Reading got back on track with victory over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday evening.
The playmaker scored twice as Royals won 3-1 with Sone Aluko adding the third.
Swift, Leandro Bacuna, Mo Barrow and Vito Mannone all produced impressive individual displays during the win.

LEANDRO BACUNA: Proving to be an impressive signing. Showed pace and quality to set up the opening goal and marked his return to the side in style – 8
PAUL McSHANE: Led the team well after struggling against Middlesbrough, but gaps were found when Forest put balls into the box – 7
LIAM MOORE: Played heavily bandaged after his clash at the weekend and did his best to organise the defence – 7
CHRIS GUNTER: Started in his unfavoured position again but got forward well and fired two early shots on target against his former club – 7
JOEY VAN DEN BERG: Recovered well from his costly foul against Middlesbrough with a solid display in front of the back four. Subbed at half-time – 6
JOHN SWIFT: A quite brilliant display to remind everyone of his quality. Calm finish and brilliant determination saw him net a goal in each half – 9* (star man)
DAVE EDWARDS: Brought into the team to add some energy to the midfield and filled in to the defensive role for the second half – 7
SONE ALUKO: Showed some good flashes and will claim his first Reading goal, but his shot is likely to go down as an own goal by the Forest keeper – 7
MO BARROW: Proved his worth after being handed a start with his pace constantly causing problems and capped his display with a fine second half assist – 8
SAM SMITH: Worked hard but guilty of a glaring miss which would have put Reading 2-0 ahead before half-time. Subbed on the hour mark – 5
SUBS:
PELLE CLEMENT: Given his longest league run-out for over two months as a half-time substitute and kept possession well – 6
YANN KERMORGANT: Continuing to be eased back into action, given half an hour and showed some nice touches before defending set pieces well – 6
ROY BEERENS: Brought on in the final 10 minutes but made no impact – N/A
