A NUMBER of roads in Wokingham borough will be closed to traffic to enable essential works to take place.
Wokingham Borough Council has announced that the works should take place over four days in June and residents will have access to their properties during the closures.
On Thursday, June 1, the affected roads are New Mill Road and Dell Road in Finchampstead, Sandpit Lane, Ford Lane and Part Lane in Swallowfield.
Charlton Lane, Lambs Lane, White House Lane and Bull Lane in Swallowfield and Foundry Bridge and Bloomfield Hatch Lane in Grazeley will be closed on Friday, June 2.
On Saturday, June 3, the closures will be Dark Lane, Blakes Road in Wargrave, West End Lane in Ruscombe, Poplar Lane in Hurst, Edneys Hill and Evendons Lane in Wokingham and Blagrove Lane, also in Wokingham.
Then the final set of closures will be on Sunday, June 4, and cover Honey Hill in Wokingham Without, Commonfield Lane and Park Lane in Finchampstead.
