A PENSIONER visiting a Wokingham supermarket had cash and bank cards stolen as she shopped.
Now police have just released a CCTV image of two people that could help with the investigation.
In a statement, Thames Valley Police said that the 81-year-old was in the Finchampstead Road Tesco on Saturday, December 15, around 11.30am.
But it was only on her return home that she discovered that her handbag was open and that her purse missing.
Police said that she then contacted her bank, who confirmed that money had been taken from her accounts by the thieves using her bank cards.
Investigating officer, PC Philip Davies based at Loddon Valley police station, said: “I am keen to speak to the people in this CCTV image, as they may have information which is vital to our investigation.
