TWO gangs clashed in a Wokingham town centre car park earlier this week, causing damage to three vehicles.
Between 9.45pm and 10.15pm on Monday night (15), two groups of young people were involved in what police have described as an altercation in The Paddocks car park, in Elms Road.
During the incident, between 10 to 15 offenders caused damage to three vehicles using weapons such as a golf club and a metal bar.
Those involved were male and female, aged between 16 and 20-years-old, and were wearing dark clothing with hoods and baseball caps.
Fortunately, no-one was injured during the incident.
Investigating officer, PC Benjamin Taylor based at Wokingham police station, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or heard anything suspicious in this area at this time.
“If you have any information which could assist the investigation please call the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.”
