BY CROSFIELDS SCHOOL
On Thursday, December 5, our Year 2 pupils performed their annual Christmas Play, Pinocchio.
The theatre was packed full of family and friends eager to watch the pupils dance and sing.
From traditional Christmas elves and toys, to sea creatures (including a whale and its tail!), to skivers who turned into donkeys, the twist on Pinocchio was full of top class entertainment as well as impressive acting.
Each child acted their part perfectly with such enthusiasm, projected vocals and smiling faces making the show a big success.
Their dances were performed with style and their lines delivered with eloquence. These children worked so hard and their enjoyment showed in every second of the performance.
Janey McDowell, Crosfields Head of Pre-Prep said: “I was so proud of the children, who performed with great energy and confidence, and very grateful to all the staff for their hard mwork in producing such a wonderful Christmas play.”
The finale to the Crosfields School Pre-Prep Christmas plays was as unforgettable as ever. Thank you to all of those involved.
