UPDATED: September 11, 5.20pm – the boys have been found safe and well.
TWO young boys from Wokingham have gone missing and an urgent appeal has been made to locate them.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for the public’s help in tracing the duo.
George Hutton, aged 14 and Ashley McDermot aged 12, were last seen in Wiltshire Road, Wokingham, yesterday (Wednesday).
George is white, 5ft 8in, stocky with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue top, blue jeans and light blue Nike trainers.
Ashley is white, 5ft 2ins, slim with brown hair. He was last seen wearing grey joggers, a purple polo shirt and a dark top. He was wearing trainers with a yellow edge.
Investigating officer, Insp Caroline Harrison from Newbury Police Station, said: “There are concerns for George and Ashley’s welfare and I would ask anyone who may have seen them or know of their whereabouts to get in contact with Thames Valley Police on 101 as matter of urgency.”
