Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a man wanted after a woman was assaulting in Reading earlier this week.
Richard Greenacre, aged 28 of Venning Road in Arborfield, is wanted in connection with an assault of a woman in her twenties in Reading on Monday, January 21.
Thames Valley Police said that Greenacre is a white man, of slim build, around 6ft tall. He has green eyes, short light brown hair and may have a thin beard. He speaks with an East Anglian accent.
He has a blue hoop through the top of his ear, a tattoo of a black crown on his face under his right eye as well as tattoos on his left forearm, right arm and chest and neck.
He is known to frequent Arborfield, Wokingham, Reading, Kent and London, but officers believe he may have travelled to Bristol.
Detective Sergeant Andrew Clark based at Reading police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Greenacre in connection with an assault.
“We would ask anyone with information to please get in touch with Thames Valley Police.
“Anyone who sees Greenacre should not approach him but please call 999.
“If anyone has information about his whereabouts or has seen him but he is no longer in the area we would ask them to call 101 quoting reference 43190022447.”
