A Wokingham-based management consultancy company has received accreditation from the Investors in People (IIP) Standard for commitment to its people.
Berkshire Consultancy Ltd (BCL)- which has improved people’s experience of work for over 25 years -is committed to transferring knowledge, skills and best practice to make a real difference in organisations.
The local company also believes it has made a lasting impact on the borough and takes pride in developing their staff to the best of their ability, recently demonstrated by its new IIP Platinum accreditation status.
