WOKINGHAM & Emmbrook continued their domination of the walking football league by securing yet another league title triumph.
The Sumas started the day two points clear of their nearest challengers Watford, and four points ahead of local rivals Bracknell Town.
They got off to a strong start with a 0-0 draw against second placed Watford, followed by a convincing 4-1 win over Bracknell.
Despite spending much of their next game camped in the Cherwell Valley’s half and hitting the woodwork twice, the Sumas were unable to convert as they had to settle for another draw.
But with results going their way, they knew that it would take just four points from their remaining two matches to secure the league title.
Another brilliant display saw another three points gained as the Sumas defeated Aylesbury 2-0, before their last match of the day ended in a stalemate against Oxford United.
This meant that WEFC ended the day undefeated, finishing the season with just two defeats to their name with a four point margin of victory in another triumphant campaign.
