THE NEXT screening from the Wokingham Film Society will be Colette.
The film, rated 15, stars Kiera Knightly and Dominic West and tells the tale of a country girl turned writer forced to pen novels in her husband’s name.
As the novels become more successful and her husband’s free spending libertine ways create problems, she demands the recognition she deserves.
The film will be screened at the Whitty Theatre in Luckley House School on Thursday, May 23 from 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £6.50, £4 for members.
