An in-home care provider is celebrating after it received a GOOD rating from its CQC inspection.

The inspectors rated Caremark, an in-home care service who care for clients throughout Wokingham and Bracknell, as “Good” across the board praising its safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership.

And Ravi Patel, Manager of Caremark Wokingham & Bracknell, and Care Manager, Richard Gordon, were delighted with the result.

Mr Gordon said: “This rating is a testament to our incredible team, their dedication and hard work. This truly was a group effort and something we’re proud to celebrate together.

“By putting our clients’ needs at the forefront of our business, we’ve built a compassionate culture which helps to maintain a high standard of care. We’re proud of the team we’ve built and the great quality of care our care workers provide.

“Offering an excellent service and preserving the dignity and independence of our clients remains our highest priority.”

Mr Patel added: “We’re over the moon with this result. This rating comes from months of innovation and effort from each and every one of our care workers and office staff – I honestly couldn’t ask for a better team.

“They are so devoted to our clients and go above and beyond to provide great quality care – even during the recent bad weather we’ve experienced in the area.

“Making a positive impact on our client’s lives is what drives us all to go above and beyond but, for me, one of the best things about running this business is the opportunities I’m able to offer my staff.

“Allowing them to progress in their careers and learn an invaluable skill at the same time is extremely rewarding and their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.”
