With rail services in Wokingham this morning hit by cancellations and delays, due to over running engineering works, you have been on Twitter to share your side of the story.
Delays are expected until 11am this morning, due to works at Virginia Water over running.
As a result, trains have been cancelled, rail replacement buses put in place and First Great Western has added Winnersh, Winnersh Triangle and Earley stations to its routes to help out.
You can read more about South West Trains delays here.
And on another cold morning, it’s the last thing that anyone wants.
Here’s some of your comments from Twitter:
@SW_Trains over 2 hours waiting for train from wokingham to Waterloo then told might not stop at all stations it’s a joke right ?

@SW_Trains also trains aren’t even on the boards at #wokingham to say cancelled, no info at all! #ripoff #commuterproblems

@7_S_t_e_1 @Pringster78 A service every 15 minutes from Wokingham would be ideal, especially an express version. @SW_Trains

@SW_Trains deciding not to turn up to Wokingham this morning. £400 a month for a constantly delayed and overcrowded service is unacceptable!

@SW_Trains why are all the trains from Wokingham towards London cancelled? When will they resume?

Every cloud has a silver lining … Wokingham Station’s announcer has, once again, been making the best of a bad situation and his work has been appreciated.
The announcer at #Wokingham station this morning had so much bants, I almost didn’t mind the train was cancelled #workdayhero
